Ideally suited for conferences and seminars, business meetings, courses and workshops, our  superb new  Village  Hall’s  excellent  facilities offer  a  variety  of  options,  from  a  small  conference  room  to  the Main Hall. Situated  just  off  the  A303  at  Tintinhull  Forts  and  approximately 4.5 miles  from  Yeovil,  the  building  is  easily accessible from most of South Somerset. Whether you are planning a small or large event our new hall will accommodate your requirements.

Our  Main  Hall  has  theatre  seating  for  up  to  150  delegates  with  stage  and  sound  and  lighting equipment, whilst  the  smaller meeting room can seat up to 36 and can  be  configured  as  required, whether it be a more  formal  boardroom, classroom  or  lecture  room, comfortably  seating 20 people, or, for a more informal setting such as a social meeting   

Our modern  food preparation area can be used to provide all your catering requirements.  There is ample car parking in the car park and surrounding the hall. We  can  provide  all  the  facilities  that  you  would  require  to  make  your    event  successful  and memorable. Private Hire

The perfect venue for a private party, celebration or large gathering for your family and friends. Our Village Hall’s excellent facilities offer a variety of options, from a small conference room to the Main Hall. Weddings

Planning a wedding is the most important event you will have to organise. Our venue will provide a beautiful countryside location, serving to create a rural but refined setting for your special day.

This wonderful new Village Hall is set in the heart of our delightful Ham Stone village just a stone throw from a beautiful 13th century church where you might consider having your wedding. A very short walk away is Tintinhull House – a fabulous National Trust property with stunning gardens that are licensed for ceremonies. Both offer stunning photographic opportunities and a unique backdrop providing the ideal location to create lasting memories of your special day.

Our new building is spacious and light and has up to date facilities to provide a perfect venue for your celebration. It is fully licensed, has a bar facility and a stage for your evening entertainment if required. The hall can seat up to 128 banqueting style but there is adequate room to have more guests in the evening. We can provide either oblong or circular tables depending on your choice, and a PA system for speeches. The kitchen is fully fitted and will meet any needs of professional caterers.

You can choose to hire the entire venue for exclusive use or by the hour if you wish. The ambience of the venue adapts to either a modern or traditional setting and you are able to adorn the room to make it your own.

Air conditioning and heating for your comfort and car parking onsite for 7 cars but with ample space in other local areas
